San Antonio, TX is a place that is rich in history and a melting pot of a variety of cultures. This lovely city is considered a crossroads for travelers, explorers, and Texans. Its captivating sights, sounds, and tastes hold even the most traveled visitor hostage. The friendly people, relaxing river and marvelous climate keep visitors returning. Explore the routes of the Spanish conquistadors, the first settlements, and certainly not to be forgotten, the symbol of Texan Liberty—the Alamo.

El Mercado

While visiting take with you these little tidbits on San Antonio, considered the seventh San Marcoslargest U.S. city. There are sixty-eight miles of hike and bike trails, not to mention the 11,000 acres of parks. Also, located in this fair city, U.S.’s second oldest park, San Pedro Park. Green San Antonio is considered the most affordable and safest “walking” city in America. This city was named one of America’s favorite cities to visit by Travel and Leisure and is the home of Texas’ most visited attractions such as, The Alamo, The River Walk, SeaWorld, and Six Flags. The El Mercado shopping district is the largest Mexican market outside of Mexico and well worth the visit. For the shoppers, San Marcos Outlet Mall was ranked 3rd best shopping mall in the world by “The View”. These are just a few items that draw visitors every year. There is just so much to see and do in San Antonio, you may never want to go home. You must experience San Antonio’s festive spirit, and explore all it has to offer.
