I am writing to ask you to look in the Pocono Area to put a store. We use to have DeWalt Camping but what was once a great store fell badly after the son took over. The property is located in the Stockertown area. It is located right off of route 33 the gateway into the Poconos Route 80. It is also easily accessed off of route 22 and route 78 heavily traveled routes by campers who are going to Hershey, Gettysburg and other popular areas of Pennsylvania and New York State. It is also a Gateway to New Jersey for the Jersey Shore or to head to New York City Area. The Jersey Turnpike and the Pennsylvania Turnpike are within short driving distances of this area also. We feel it would be an ideal location for one of your stores.
Thank You for your time and Wonderful Stores.

Maybe the Donald can teach Camping World something about customer service. As a consultant, I have analyzed hundreds of companies customer service, and recommended and taught changes that drastically improved their customer satisfaction rating. I have been in dozens of Camping Worlds and they are all the same. You cannot get waited on. Employees will walk right past you and not say a word. I have have even walked around the store and lot wanting to but a new RV, and could not get the time of day. Terrible customer service!!!
