Arrr matey! Bring the family for a swashbuckling ride at Pirate’s Cove Waterpark, located at Pohick Bay Regional Park in Lorton, VA.

Make a splash this summer at Pirate’s Cove Waterpark, the largest pirate themed waterpark in Lorton! Loaded with fun features for everyone, Pirate’s Cove visitors will enjoy a large Pirate themed play structure complete with a 300-gallon dumping bucket! Pirate’s Cove also boasts a pair of thrilling waterslides.

Pirate’s Cove boasts a variety of fun features for kids of all ages.

Kid friendly waterslides, water spraying palm trees, a large pool for splashing around and swimming and a spacious tot pool with a clam shell slide will entertain the entire family!

Pohick Bay Regional Park - Buccaneer Beach

Dig for buried treasure at Buccaneer Beach, a large sand play area, or bask in the sun on our large deck!

Of course your day wouldn’t be complete without food, drinks and more! Captain’s Galley is stocked with all your favorites! Sit outside under the umbrellas and enjoy a great lunch, then head back and cool off under the bucket! Pirate’s Cove also offers aquatic classes (groups, private, & semi-private).

There are a variety of campsites available after your day of fun at the waterpark including pull-in sites with grill, fire ring and picnic table, RV sites with electric-only service, RV sites with full service, and general tent sites. There are also family specific sections and group sections.  We invite you to stay a little longer in one of our campsites, spend a day on the bay with our canoe, paddleboard, stand up paddleboard and kayak rentals; or bring your own boat to our public boat launch rampPohick Bay Regional Park - cabin

Pohick Bay Regional Park also offers a variety of accommodations that provide a wonderful outdoor experience without the full commitment of tent camping. Offerings include rustic or deluxe cabins. Explore the parks by day and return to a warm, convenient bed by night.
