USPS does not leave packages unsecured at the post office. we deliver for ups and fed ex dozens of times daily because it’s cheaper for them to collect from you and have us deliver it. we will forward to ANY address including ups boxes, they cant. every post office has a street address just like ups. we have no surcharges for ANY area, uniform pricing. thank you for your time, a retired letter carrier.
