Good Sam Club member, Bob Eastman, was disappointed to notice that the decal on the front cap of his New Forest River 2013 Sabre fifth wheel trailer is peeling:
In November 2012 I purchased a new forest river sabre 2013 5th wheel trailer from RVwholesalers in Ohio. I am happy with the trailer except the decal on the front cap is discolored, cracked, and peeling. I called Forest River and RVwholesalers and sent pictures. I did hear back from them and their advice was to face the cap north. It has been three weeks with no further response. I realize the warranty is up, but this should not happen to a trailer this new.

On Behalf of Mr. Eastman, Action Line contacted Forest River. Mr. Eastman received the following response from Gary G. with Forest River:
Mr. Eastman, we would like to send you a replacement decal to have installed on your Sabre. I do not know why your dealership has not responded but we will address this for you. Once you receive the decal you can take it to any Forest river dealership and have it installed.
