River Plantation RV Resort is located in the Foothills of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park nestled along the Little Pigeon River and in close proximity to all the Pigeon Forge Attractions that brings tourists back to this area year after year. River Plantation RV Resort offers you the perfect blend of southern hospitality, majestic mountain views and first rate facilities and services that will provide you the very best in RV resort life. River Plantation RV Resort has 297 full hookup sites available for nightly rentals. All sites are equipped with 50/30 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, a concrete patio, picnic table, and a fire ring! The perimeter 
of the park is paved in our Resort which is perfect for Bicycles and Golf Carts! We have River Sites that are located by the Little Pigeon River and have a beautiful view. We are a Big Rig Friendly Resort with spacious back in and pull through sites.
All back in sites in our resort measure at 40 Ft in Width and 60 Ft in Length. Our pull through sites are a little more spacious measuring 75 Ft long. They are perfect for the motorhomes that are pulling long trailers. Looking for a Little More? Inquire about our Signature sites that are a 20 X 70 Full concrete site. They even have a beautiful view of the River! You will not be disappointed!
Our Resort also has 9 Camping Cabins available for guests that do not have an RV, but still would like to visit our Resort and enjoy all of our amenities. 5 of our Cabins include a kitchen and a bathroom and 4 are just basic sleeping cabins.
Amenities
We have an excessive amount of amenities located in the resort. Our list includes 2 pools, a lazy river, a hot tub, and a splash pad. That is just the amenities we over in our spacious pool area. Our resort has a playground, full size basketball court, pickle ball court, Frisbee golf, and gaga ball. There are games for the whole family including an Arcade. Connected to our Arcade is our new Wi-Fi lounge area. We also have three newly renovated modern bathhouses and two laundry rooms on site available for our guests.
Our resort is a pet friendly resort (excluding cabins). We have recently added a Bark Park for your pet to enjoy some time off their leash! Also we offer something for your pet that we have not seen in any other campground in this area. We have a Dog Wash! You are able to clean up your pet right here in our Resort.
