The fiberglass exterior on our 2010 Keystone Cougar’s front panel has bubbles and cracks. Cousin Gary RV Center in Redding, California, has been our negotiator with Keystone, as we bought the trailer new from the dealer. Keystone has declined to fix this problem, period. We don’t know what to do. It’s $584 to install a new skin, a large sum for fixed-income people like us.

I am happy to say that Keystone fixed the problem! We are back on the road. Thank you, Good Sam!
