Hey, hey, spring has sprung!!
Today is the spring equinox where the length of the day and night will be equal. For some time now the days will get longer…and I love that!!
Longer days mean more time to explore the beautiful Morro Bay, CA seashore and estuary or to enjoy camping and RVing wherever you may be.
Come along with me in this episode of the RV Cooking Show and feast your eyes on this Central California Coast town that’s almost too good to leave.

From “the rock” to a not-to-be-missed state park and a castle just up the road to a great conversation with Captain Mark Tognazzini of Tognazzini’s Dockside Fish Market this is an action packed show. But never fear, the dish we prepared in our RV kitchen is both easy and elegant. Rockfish in a Lemon Butter Caper Sauce is about as quick as it gets. Give it a try and you’ll have a meal that can be served as an every night dinner or that’s fantastic enough for company. And check out those organic purple mashed potatoes…what a sight!

As always, you can print out the recipe. I know you’ll agree, it’s delicious!!

Celebrate spring by sending this message along to your friends and family. Let’s face it, everyone deserves to eat well!!

Happy camping,

Evanne
