Lincoln City is famed for its seven-mile-long beautiful Pacific Ocean beach where glass fishing floats either wash ashore or can be found by avid beachcombers since local volunteers “salt” the beach with floats – creating a one-of-a-kind treasure hunt fun for all ages.
The only beachfront casino in Oregon, Chinook Winds also offers fun for all ages with its table games, slots, an arcade with video and carnival games and Play Place – a safe and fun spot for children. There’s also fine and casual dining, great entertainment, a full fitness center, and heated indoor pool, sauna and spa. And, of course, the Beach!
Just two blocks away from the casino is the Top-Rated Good Sam Park Logan Road RV Park. Guests of the park can use all of the amenities at Chinook Winds. There’s even a 24-hour free shuttle to take you to and from your site to the Casino’s front door. The shuttle also will whisk guests to the Chinook Winds Golf Course just up the road.
This past year brought many upgrades to Logan Road RV Park. All-new pedestals with upgraded 50-amp service, resurfaced sites and roads, upgraded high-speed WiFi, cable TV, and a new outdoor gazebo-picnic area complete with a large gas grill for guests to use. And, of course, your four-legged companions will find we’re very pet-friendly and they’ll enjoy our grassy dog walk. The friendly staff at Logan Road RV Park will be glad to help you find any activity or attraction in Lincoln City that interests you and your family.
Home to seven miles of plush, sandy shores, Lincoln City is your destination for all things beachy. Go clam digging, play in tide pools, work on your tan or catch a dazzling sunset from shore. If you’re in town during June, build your own kite and fly it at the Summer Kite Festival. From mid-October to May, local artists participate in Finders Keepers, which involves the placement of thousands of beautifully crafted glass floats on the beach for you to find. You can also check out glass-blowing demonstrations and create your own masterpieces at the Jennifer Sears Glass Art Studio year-round. In addition to the beach, Lincoln City is known for whale watching, dining, numerous galleries and museums and the Outlet Mall where you can shop to your heart’s content.
Logan Road and Chinook Winds Casino and Golf Course are owned and operated by the Confederated Tribes of the Siletz Indians who also own and operate Hee Hee Illahee RV Resort in Salem, Oregon.
