Imperial Bonita Estates Resort is a 55+ resident-owned mobile home park and RV resort in a quiet, secluded location in beautiful Bonita Springs, Florida just one mile from I-75. We are located within minutes of pristine beaches, shopping, golf courses, restaurants, and fishing. For baseball enthusiasts we are within miles of the ever-popular spring training camps – Minnesota Twins and Red Sox in Ft. Myers and the Yankees in Tampa.
Nestled between Naples and Ft. Myers Beach by the Imperial River, Imperial Bonita Estates Resort has river access for kayaking and canoeing so you can take the river all the way to the Gulf of Mexico! While you are here, you can stay busy – or take it easy relaxing at the beach or the pool. Amenities and Community
Amenities here include a heated swimming pool, bocce and shuffleboard courts. Horseshoe pits, tennis / pickleball courts, petanque courts, fenced pet run, community firepit, riverside rest area, lending library, showers and laundry facilities, and wi-fi. During season (January thru March) residents and guests enjoy card games galore and B-I-N-G-O. There’s exercise classes, water volleyball, horseshoes, line dancing, tap dancing and yoga. As well as bocce, shuffleboard and bean bag baseball. Guests also enjoy pancake breakfasts, pizza dinners, ice cream socials, coffee and donut socials, dances, singles lunches and much, much more! If there is an activity that you enjoy and we don’t offer it, maybe you could start something new!
The annual community-wide yard sale is always popular as is the craft show where residents get to show off how talented and crafty they are! During season, pastors from local churches are invited to lead Sunday evening worship. Members of the community enjoy an evening of fellowship and occasional church suppers – always a popular event. We also hold State Days and Canada Day – where residents from one region or another get together and trade stories and bring items of interest from their respective hometowns.
