In addition to our fun and well-trained recreation staff, professional and friendly rangers stroll the gated resort 24-hours a day. Kids can be free to play while the parents have some playtime of their own! Children of all ages can participate in planned recreational activities like dodgeball, kickball, sand castle contests, arts & crafts, or scavenger hunts. There’s no need to worry about safety on the car-free bike paths or Campland’s new skateboard park. Grown-ups can get some relaxing jacuzzi time in, take a Yoga class or have some quality hours together on the beach without worrying about their kids!
When everyone is back together, there are plenty of options for family fun time. At the marina, Campland offers boat and bike rentals (even surreys) and, of course, there’s the beach and pool! Delicious meals and snacks are always available at the Campland Raised Cantina. The menu offers a wide variety of food – from pizza to tacos to hamburgers. Football or basketball season? The Campland Raised Cantina has 7 flat-screen TV’s tuned in to the season’s top event. On weekends you can also enjoy acoustic music at the Cantina. At Campland, the kids can play safely outside or in the newly renovated Game Room while the parents are nearby watching the game.

On the weekends, Central Park and our Big Stage is host to fun family-friendly concerts. Later, share an intimate evening around the campfire with friends and family. Have fun watching the kids dance and play with all the new friends that they made during the day at Campland!
While we are located right on Mission Bay across from Sea World and close to all the tourist attractions, most people never want to leave our resort. We’ve watched three generations of campers come back year after year to Campland on the Bay.
