We are happily nestled along the Little Pigeon River and with close proximity to all of the Pigeon Forge Attractions. River Plantation RV Resort offers the perfect blend of Southern hospitality, majestic mountain views, first-rate facilities and services that will ensure you experience the very best in RV resort life. We are open year-round so guests can satisfy their wanderlust any time of year.
River Plantation RV Resort has 297 full hookup sites available for nightly rentals. All our sites are equipped with 50/30 amp electric, sewer, water, cable TV, a concrete patio, picnic table, and a fire ring! For those who do not have an RV, but still want an amazing outdoor experience, can be accommodated in one of our 9 camping cabins that include a kitchen and a bathroom.

Amenities are always a top priority at our resort. Our property boasts 2 pools, a lazy river, a hot tub, and a splash pad. For our athletic guests, we feature a full-size basketball court, pickleball court, disc golf course, and gaga ball. We even have games for your family too, including an arcade! We have a new Wi-Fi lounge area, three newly renovated modern bathhouses and two laundry rooms on site available for our guests.
Our resort is pet-friendly, excluding our cabins. We have a dog wash that gives you the space to clean up your family pet right here in our resort and a gorgeous bark park for your pet to enjoy some time off their leash!
River Plantation RV Resort is located just miles from The Dollywood Theme Park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, The Great Smoky Mountains National Park and so many other attractions we really can’t name them all. Our property boasts a pet-friendly dog walk, upscale pool with a stunning view of the mountains and an entertainment venue with options for the entire family.
