I have a Weber Q grill, not the Baby Q, and I love it. I keep it in the trailer so we have it on every trip. Larger than the Baby Q, its better suited for cooking for a few more people. Still small, easy to use, with perfectly even heat. Overall I think its a great grill.

We use a Smoky Joe. I got an old fashioned galvanized oil changing pan from the hardware store for $15 bucks to catch the ashes. I put the Smokey Joe inside the oil pan and I’m ready to go on nearly any table top available.

I have a George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor electric grill that is excellent. I paid less than $75.00 for it through amazon.com. It cleans up easily and works very well.
