The Lakeside Casino & RV Park – roughly an hour’s drive outside Las Vegas – has a full-service 159-space RV Park, equipped for both 30 and 50 amp hook-ups, that can serve as the home base recreational vehicle travelers to discover the outdoors or just relax next to a lush seven-acre manmade lake. Lakeside’s amenities include the property’s seven-acre manmade lake that offers kayak and pedal boat rentals, and fishing activities. The lake includes a sandy beach, (though swimming is prohibited). The park has a swimming pool and hot tub along with a nine-hole Frisbee golf course and a horseshoe pit. An enclosed dog park is also included in the facilities. The property’s clubhouse – Lakehouse – is available for private parties
There are three comfort stations at Lakeside with laundry rooms.
The Lakeside Casino, which is adjacent to the RV Park, has 193 gaming devices, a meeting room, and a coffee shop that is open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. A convenience store and gas station are located on the premises.
Labor Day Weekend – the traditional “end of summer” holiday – includes a celebration event on Sunday, Sept. 2, with a barbeque, drink specials and live entertainment. The event runs from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
The property is a less than five-mile drive to the Sanders Winery, where the tasting room is open daily, and the 18-hole Mountain Falls Golf Course, which offers a pro shop and grill room.
