Guest cook JoAnna Lund takes you to the mid-west with a German heritage recipe of braised pork and cabbage. Ingredients in this recipe:
- ½ cup of onions
- 3 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1 cup of unsweetened apple juice
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes
- 2 cups of diced pulled pork
This recipe takes around ten minutes to prepare even in your RV.

I agree with Jim–where are the instructions? I don’t care for videos for cooking and would much rather print out a recipe that appeals to me. Not everyone wants to watch videos and I wish you would include versions in print for those of us who would rather read. That goes for all videos – not just recipes!

Where’s the recipe, all I see are the ingredients. If it supposed to be in a video the video didn’t load. And even if it is in a video it is easier to copy text and place it in a file that can be saved for future reference.
