Actually, I was across the Arkansas River in North Little Rock when I shot this picture of the Little Rock skyline at dusk a few days ago.
While you can’t see it in this picture too well, the river was well above flood stage due to the heavy rains this spring. The anchored docks at many riverside attractions, including the submarine USS Razorback, were submerged, making them inaccessible. Everything above the waterline, however, was open for visitors to enjoy, and so far I have not seen any evidence of flooded homes or other buildings close to Little Rock.

The reflection on the water is a great shot, but its very deceiving, making the water look like a solid surface. Thats what happens in photographs. Life is kinda like that. When we’re not looking at the real thing, or getting 1st hand information we can make wrong choices because our “” information we based
our choices on was flawed”” It becomes one big guessing game of distrust!!!
