This is a really fun and easy camping recipe that doesn’t take long to make and is really filling! These can be easily changed to meet the taste of your campers. If you don’t like ground beef you can use pulled pork, pulled chicken, ground turkey, or ground chicken. You can heat this recipe up with chopped peppers if you have campers that crave something spicy. If you aren’t a fan of BBQ sauce you can use taco seasoning to make taco cups or Sloppy Joe mix to put a twist on Sloppy Joes.

BBQ Biscuit Cups What You’ll Need:
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
Chopped onion to taste (optional)
½ cup BBQ sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
Canned biscuits
Shredded cheese (cheddar or blend)
Preparation
Heat oven to temperature listed on biscuit package
Grease muffin tin
Brown ground beef with onion & drain. Return mixture to pan
Stir in BBQ sauce & brown sugar. Cook 2 minutes on medium heat
Flatten biscuit dough & place one flattened biscuit in each muffin slot to form a cup
Add sprinkle of cheese to bottom of cups
Spoon beef mixture into biscuit cups
Bake until biscuit is brown
Just before biscuit is done, top with cheese & heat to melt cheese

How about a camp oven on top of your Coleman stove? Folds flat for storage when you’re not using it, and has a lot of uses!
