That’s the case with Bevette’s Steakhouse & Bar, founded by celebrated restaurateur Brendon Sodikoff and featuring fare that ranges from Crab Stuffed Avocado to Prime Beef French dip. Then a red-oak fire does the rest, infusing the steaks with just the right heat.
