Less than a mile off the Atlantic shore, Campers Haven RV Resort in Dennis Port is in the mid-cape region of Cape Cod, and it’s the only campground with it’s own private beach. This Good Sam Park has a host of fun events planned at the resort for you and your family.
The park has 275 full hookup sites, tent camping sites, and two rental houses that can accommodate up to eight guests.
During the camping season, families can enjoy a Family Movie Night at 7 p.m. to help begin the week. Tuesdays and Thursdays feature a family Game Night planned at 7 p.m., an event that includes a Wii, board games, pingpong and more.
Wednesday nights are reserved for Mini Golf at 7 p.m., and the game always costs only a dollar. Friday hits the sweet spot with the Candy Bingo at 7:30. All you have to bring is a candy bar, or $1 to buy one there, and you’re set to play. Saturdays feature special events ranging from Karaoke to trivia night or even live music on the beach.
History & Scenery
Campers Haven is surrounded by a lot of history and beautiful sites, some of which include classic architecture. Take a step back in time at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum, where you can learn all about JFK’s life and accomplishments. If you’d rather give your brain a rest and get in touch with nature, check out Cape Cod National Seashore.
Provincetown is where you’ll find more history and beautiful architecture. You’ll also find stunning beaches. Enjoy a night out on the town having drinks and dinner, and go see the Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum.
