Good Sam Member, Linda Jenkinson, purchased a 2014 Tiffin Breeze from Colton RV in September 2013. However, after taking delivery of the new RV, she had second thoughts regarding the service contract that she had financed with the Motorhome loan.
Dear Action Line:
On September 16, 2013, I purchased a 2014 Tiffin Breeze from Colton at a cost of $8,000. Upon returning home with the RV, I decided I didn’t want the service contract. I contacted Banoy at Colton RV to cancel. He sent me the cancellation paperwork, and I returned it to him. To this date, after numerous calls, I have not had the $8,000 deducted from my loan amount. I have contacted the service warranty company (Premier Dealer Services) and there is no contract with my name on it. I don’t know what else I can do! Thank you in advance for any help or information you can provide.

After the Action Line intervened, we received this email from Ms. Jenkinson:
I am sending this to update you regarding the following service contract cancellation. Colton RV sent a check for $8,000 to my finance company. Thank you for your time and letter to Colton RV.
