Come along with me, a full-time RVer, as I show you how to prepare a fall-apart tender pork roast in the crockpot while we visit Washington DC’s very well known top attractions as well as other lesser known but equally worthwhile spots.

As always, you can print out the recipe. Easy and delicious, this dish is a sure winner!!!

Celebrate the official start of the kids’ summer vacation with great food and don’t forget to pass along this message to friends and family.

    Happy camping,

      Hi Lil’Darlin,

I’m delighted you gave it a try and enjoyed it. A butt and a shoulder are the same thing, I do believe, so you were right on the money.

I don’t know exactly what it is about this recipe but when I make it I can’t think of eating anything else until the roast is gone – breakfast, lunch and dinner. In fact, your response has me off to the grocery in search of a pork butt.

Thanks for watching and for the massage.

      Happy travels,

      Evanne

We made this recipe this weekend while camping with friends. It was wonderful…thanks so much. I couldn’t find a pork butt though so had to go with a 3.5 pound pork shoulder roast. It was very tender and juicy. There were NO leftovers !!
