The Good Sam Club 500 Race weekend will be held this weekend at the Talladega Superspeedway, starting Friday, October 21st and running through Sunday, October 23rd. The racing weekend kicks off to a speedy start with practice and qualifying events for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series taking place on Friday afternoon. Racing fans will also have the opportunity to get up-close and personal with their favorite truck drivers during an autograph session which will be held from 2-3 pm CST.
Saturday morning will hold the final qualifying rounds for drivers, and that afternoon the gentlemen will start their engines at 3:00 pm CST for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Coca-Cola 250 race. The weekend will also hold other festivities including the Fan Fest and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Hauler Parade on Thursday afternoon from 3:00 to 6:00 pm and the Concerts in The Campgrounds, presented by Motor Racing Outreach, which will take place on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
