Gettysburg Campground’s onsite services are simply the best. Amenities include a laundry facility, LP gas, firewood, two dump stations, an on-site pump-out service, cable TV, free Wi-Fi (most sites), and a country-style store with RV supplies, food, toys, Civil War collectibles, books, jewelry, clothing and gifts. Also on hand is a snack bar serving breakfast and lunch, as well as an ice cream parlor featuring hand-dipped Hershey’s Ice Cream. In addition, there’s a large recreation hall available for use when it is not scheduled for a campground activity.

Nearby, in downtown Gettysburg, you will find Civil War battlefields, museums and exhibits, the Eisenhower Farm, ghost walks, great gift shops and restaurants, and many other great attractions. You can also take a day trip to the Carlisle Car Shows, Hershey, Harpers Ferry, York, Harrisburg and Lancaster County Amish country.
