While they were staying at Disney’s Fort Wilderness the crew of “RV Today” was able to grab Chef Mike from the restaurant to have him give a recipe for a BBQ sauce to go on top of grilled pork chops that is easy to make on the road. The ingredients in this sauce:
- ¼ cup of vegetable oil
- 1 ½ cup small diced onions
- 3 cloves mince garlic
- 4 juniper berries
- 1 bay leaf
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ cup of crushed tomatoes
- 1/3 cup of raw honey
- 2/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 ¼ cup of water
- Ground Chili

Thanks so much Susan, for the clarification. I apologize for the mistake. The staff member who wrote out the recipe from the video isn’t much of a chef. 🙂 I’ve now corrected these items in the recipe above and will more carefully review these going forward.
Susan
Okay, I watched the video and it’s juniper berries (gin anyone?) and coriander not coy amber!
Susan
Never mind the berries and the coy amber…I thought this was a pork chop recipe!?!?
