Washington State Fair in Puyallup

The Washington State Fair is the biggest party in the state! Fairgoers have been “Doin’ the Puyallup” since 1900, and as one of the biggest fairs in the world, the Fair offers non-stop fun with something for everyone!

Enjoy amazing food, including our Fair’s famous Fisher Scones, or test your palette on chili-roasted grasshoppers or deep-fried butter. Visit traditional farm animals and exotic creatures from around the world. The agriculture displays and free entertainment also are certain to keep the whole family entertained. There are wild rides for thrill seekers of all ages, including our classic wooden roller coaster, built in 1935, which has been honored by the American Coaster Enthusiasts organization as one of the 32 Coaster Classics in the United States. Or take a spin on our antique carousel, which turns 100 years old this year!

In the Grandstand, don’t miss the Pro Rodeo, featuring the nation’s top cowboys and cowgirls competing for the purse and their way to the NFR in Las Vegas.
