1. Medina

Starting Point • Entertainment, History

Although a fire destroyed most of downtown Medina in 1870, it couldn’t destroy the spirit of this small town. It was rebuilt from the ashes in the popular Victorian style, dominated by bright colors and ornamental touches. Today, the historic architecture gives Medina its charm. As you stroll along an area known as Public Square, you may even hear live music filling the green space at the center of the public space. You’ll feel as though you’ve been transported back in time.
