Rain Spirit RV Resort features 63 sites, big rigs are welcome and setting up an RV or trailer is easy with wide paved roads. Each site comes with full hookups, including 30/50-amp electric service and spotless private restroom/showers.

The air-conditioned recreation room offers comfort with a pool table, lounge area and fitness room. Guests can enjoy the pool and hot tub. Wifi is available throughout the park. Your pet can enjoy the enclosed dog run while you reflect on the adventures of the next day!

Explore the Sycamore Canyon with your off-road vehicle or motorcycle. Rain Spirit RV Resort overlooks the canyon, with miles and miles of trails. If hiking is your interest, you’ll find trails for every level of fitness. If you’re looking for simple hikes, you’ll find trails like the Big Park Loop Trail or Deadman’s Pass, but if you’re looking for something more challenging vertically or longer, there are plenty of choices with miles of hiking trails throughout the valley.

Some of the best-preserved cliff dwellings in North America are found here, dating back to 1000 A.D. Visible from Rain Spirit RV Resort is the Tuzigoot National Monument, a pueblo of two to three stories. A few miles away is the Montezuma Castle National Monument, perched high on the side of a cliff.
