Family-owned and operated, Country Roads RV Park offers down-home hospitality in a clean, quiet, country setting. Our large, full-service sites are perfect for all types of RVs, especially big rigs. Each site features a firepit and table. Onsite propane, indoor RV/car pressure wash, firewood, dump station and a great recycle program are all available right within the park.
Our on-site store offers an amazing array of treasures. Arts and crafts produced by local artists are featured along with our own homemade fare. We take pride in promoting the area’s local talent in our shop. Also available is a large selection of snacks and groceries. Did we mention ice cream?
The Old Barn
This facility offers a fully catered kitchen, washrooms, bar, tables and chairs ready for whatever your special event is from weddings, retreats to old-fashioned barn dances!
A community pavilion and gazebo are located away from the campsites and are available for groups, barbecues or family functions.
Juiced Moose Wines
We invite you to try our amazing vintages, all made with our farm-grown fruit, honey and other local ingredients. You don’t get much more down-to-earth than this! The unique name originated when a moose managed to jump a rather high fence into a berry patch, crushing all the fruit, thus sparking the name, Juiced Moose!
Family Fun
There is so much to do here to keep everyone busy. Beside our playground, which features both old-school swings and modern equipment, there is an onsite fishing pond complete with paddleboat fun. Our recreation room features a pool table, cards and games.
For a unique experience, rent a chauffeured classic car for a tour to surrounding attractions or for a quaint picnic dinner.
Corn Maze
From August through October (weather permitting), you can wind your way through the 10-acre corn maze. Each year, the maze features a different design. The maze often recognizes charities like the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) or STARS. The maze is open for everyone to enjoy but is free to campers.
Area Highlights
Country Roads RV Park is just minutes from Grande Prairie where everything you need can be found. Great restaurants, shopping, arts, and micro-breweries are just waiting to be discovered.
The area offers six golf courses ranging in difficulty all with a 25-minute drive from Country Roads.
A side trip to the Philip J Currie Dinosaur Museum is a must. The museum is located 11 miles west of Grande Prairie in Wembley, Alberta, 8 miles from the largest horned dinosaur bone-bed in the world. Hundreds of dinosaurs were frozen in time here and so has been nicknamed the River of Death. The museum is located on Highway 43 on route to Alaska. Whether traveling through or staying a while, there’s no excuse not to stop!
So, no matter what your holiday adventures are, Country Roads is a must-stop & stay.
