Starting Point
It’s no secret, the world’s finest lobsters come from Maine, and the best of the best can be found at York Beach. The Beach Plum Lobster Farm, voted “Best Lobster Rolls” at the 2014 Seafood Festival, is more a roadside stand, but the food is excellent. Select your crustacean from a “live” tank to cook yourself, or order lobster to go (cracked and packaged) with a side of steamed clams.
