1. Halifax

2. Yarmouth

Take a stargazing tour, visit a folk art museum or even tour a working oyster farm!


3. Truro

See the world’s highest tides rush in the Bay of Fundy’s waters flow up the Salmon River. Go downtown for a hike through old-growth forest—plus waterfalls—in 400-acre Victoria Park. Stroll the historic downtown with its charming shops and gourmet dining. Farmers market more your thing? Truro’s market’s on, rain or shine. Drop into a world-class wildlife park—home to diverse flora and fauna with trails, picnic area and more. Drive 59.1 miles (1 hour, 5 minutes) for the return trip to Halifax.
