The BEST WORK GLOVES for RV Camping

I’m a confirmed work glove fanatic. I carry several pairs when we RV camp, and find them extremely useful for all sorts of tasks like hitching our rig, not to mention establishing and breaking down camp.

My current favorites are my Custom Leathercraft Handyman Flex Grip gloves. (http://goo.gl/kZQlMh) These gloves are the best I’ve found for the money. They prevent my hands from getting dirty, greasy, and/or bloody when I do what I gotta do.

Right next to our Airstream door (along with the Dyson vacuum, fly swatters, fire extinguisher, and magazine rack) are my CLC work gloves. I always keep them handy. (Click the pic for more info.)

What makes these CLC gloves so great? They are packed with thoughtful design features and boast a quality build from several well chosen materials. It’s all delivered at a reasonable price.

These gloves are made of a synthetic leather that’s tough, yet also soft and comfortable to wear. It resists shrinking, stretching and hardening. Anyone who’s used an old pair of leather gloves knows that leather tends to shrink and harden over time, transforming leather gloves into a pair of brittle mittens. Not so with these gloves.

These CLC gloves have thick padding over the knuckles that provides protection against bumps.

There’s a velcro wing closing strap for perfect adjustments so the gloves fit snugly to your hands. (This is a plus and a minus. The downside is that once you put on the gloves, you’ll need to undo the velcro to remove them.)

The side panels are made of stretchy lycra for improved dexterity. They also incorporate stretch spandex for flexibility. So the gloves are both rugged and flexible.

The stitching appears to be well done; the gloves are double-stitched in many places.

These CLC work gloves are comfortable, rugged, and well made. (Click the pic for more info.)

If you’ve ever spent any time around an RV, you know how handy a good pair of work gloves can be. These CLC gloves are a good value, offering a lot of quality for the price.

I’ve read several positive testimonials from members of the military who are deployed overseas. They report that these gloves hold up well on the tarmac of our military airbases. If these glove are good enough for our men and women in the military, they’re good enough for me.
