Ohio’s Lazy River Celebrates 50 Years

Good Sam and Camping World aren’t the only RV businesses celebrating 50th birthdays. In Ohio, Lazy River at Granville recently hit the half-century mark, and the Good Sam Park celebrated with a carnival and open house.

Founded in 1966, Lazy River started with just a few sites available for RV travelers. Today, the central-Ohio based RV park boasts 195 sites with 11 rentals, including camping cabins and a house that sleeps 18.

Located in the Welsh Hills, the highly rated Good Sam Park enjoys a countrified, quiet setting. Sitting less than 10 miles north of I-70, the park is easily accessible to travelers.
