Bass Lake Recreational Resort

Bass Lake Recreational Resort is located adjacent to Bass Lake at the South gate entrance to Yosemite National Park. It’s the perfect base camp for exploring this amazing national gem and the wonders of the Sierra Nevada mountains.  Open year around, this highly rated resort attracts sports enthusiast from anglers, water and snow skiers to boaters, hunters, golfers and hikers.

At 3,500 feet in elevation, Bass Lake sits above the heat of California’s Central Valley, but it is low enough to enjoy four seasons in the Sierra Nevadas.

Each of the 175 sites have 50 amp service. There are pull-through sites, sewer and water, Wi-Fi Internet service, LP gas, ice, a large clubhouse, playground, dog runs and a swimming pool. Both adult and child clubhouse activities are offered, along with restrooms and showers, a snack, laundry facilities and a nearby church. Attend ice cream socials, and enjoy the peace of mind knowing that the resort has security.

Next door to the pines village, you’ll find eating establishments, movie theaters and stores.  At Bass Lake, you can rent a full line of boats and jet skis. Water sports and boat slips are available.

Bass Lake Resort is 30 years young and has been a private membership park and is a Coast to Coast affiliate. The resort is now opening the gates to all Good Sam members to enjoy and share this mountain gem that has been enjoyed by so many campers for many years.

Bass Lake Resort was developed, built and operated by Alan Thomas, a long time developer in Central California. With his son and daughter joining him in this new era of camping, a decided was made to share the resort with the Good Sam members.
