RV Tips: Use a Pizza Stone for Even Cooking.
One problem I always had when using the oven was uneven heat distribution. Cookies, chicken strips and biscuits — among other things — would often come out burned on the bottom. To solve this, I use a pizza stone to bake on. The heat is evenly distributed on the surface of the stone, and food comes out cooked just right.
