Revel at Red Oaks RV Resort in Florida

Red Oaks RV Resort is known for the fun to be found throughout its 130 tree-filled acres.  Management proudly boasts 1,000 full-hookup sites, tent camping areas and room enough to accommodate any size RV.

Hosting line dancing, karaoke nights, as well as square dancing, there’s always music in the air.  You can also bring your own instruments to join in one of their many jam sessions.  Many folks enjoy socializing at the popular ice cream socials, quilting bees, water aerobics classes and bingo games.  Anglers can cast a line in one of four retention ponds, while others opt to enjoy a game of shuffleboard or horseshoes.

The spacious dog park provides a safe place to let your dog run and play, with separate areas for different-size breeds. The best part comes at the end of the day, when you get to choose from one of three heated pools to relax in and, of course, the hot tub to soak tired muscles after a fun-filled day.  The resort has plenty of room for small and large parties, and also has five laundry facilities, seven bathhouses and five club houses. The clubhouses have separate areas for billiards and card rooms, while there is also Wi-Fi and cable available.

With nightly, weekly, and monthly rates available, you can reserve your space at your convenience on Red Oaks’ website. There are also many rental options, including short and long term rentals of RVs, cabins and mobile homes.  The Park Models are available weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually.  These permanent mobile home units are fully equipped, furnished, and are approximately 500 square feet.  For a more rustic, “barebones” approach; you can rent a cabin or cottage for shorter stays.  Pristine tent sites are shaded under the picturesque trees and offer picnic benches and fire pits.

For fun activities to choose from, check out RV resort’s Activities Calendar, which keeps you updated on the scheduled list of events.  Within 60 miles of the resort are Disney World, Universal and Sea World.  Also close by are the Florida National Cemetery and Dade Battlefield of the Seminole Wars.  Hit a round of golf within 5 miles, with lots of dining options close by, as well as excellent shopping within 30 miles.  For a bit of exercise and some fun bike riding, hop on the Withlacoochee Bike Trail. This runs through Floral City (10 miles from Red Oaks).  Fishing on Lake Panasoffke entertains anglers while shoppers get their fix shopping at the Webster Flea Market.
