Cook up a super sandwich that combines an astounding selection of flavors. Add this to your RV travel menu. Dazzle your guests when you reach the campground.
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 Cups freshly shredded Cheddar Cheese
- Ranch Seasoning and Grated Parmesan Cheese or Parmesan Ranch Seasoning
- 4 Strips of Chopped Bacon
- Brioche or Potato Hamburger Buns

- Egg Rings
- Griddle or Cast-Iron Skillet
- Griddle Hood, or Skillet Lid, or Basting Dome
Instructions
- Preheat griddle or skillet
- Cook bacon and set aside
- Season chicken bites in a bowl with parmesan ranch, then cook on griddle or skillet until done
- Remove chicken bites from griddle or skillet
- Spray egg rings with non-stick spray and place on griddle or skillet
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese directly onto griddle inside of egg rings
- Add chicken bites in bed of cheese
- Top with crumbled or pieced bacon
- Add additional cheese on top if desired
- Close griddle hood/cover skillet/ or cover with basting dome for 2-3 minutes
- Place the buns on a separate griddle or grill to toast
- Remove the “burgers” from the griddle/skillet and place on a toasted bun
- Add ranch or your favorite toppings to the sandwich and enjoy!
