Hearst Castle

Located on the Central Coast of California on over 250,000 acres, the Hearst Castle was conceived by media mogul and property owner, William Randolph Hearst, and architect Julia Morgan. By 1947, their combined vision had created an estate with 165 rooms within several mansions built on the property, 127 acres of breathtaking gardens, terraces, pools and walkways – all to showcase Hearst’s legendary art collection. The property and grounds are now a U.S. National Historic Landmark open for the public to tour the opulence and grandeur of one of the nation’s most famous castles!

Pismo Beach

The Ravine Water Park

San Luis Obispo (SLO)

One of the most popular attractions in this area include the historic Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa. Built in 1772 when the Spaniards decided to settle in this area. The famous Hearst Castle is another must-see attraction.  Also the second largest farmers’ market in the western United States is located on Higuera Street. It was converted 30 years ago to create this unique community resource!

California Mid-State Fair

Known as “The Biggest Little Fair Anywhere,” this annual 12-day event is held at the Paso Robles Event Center. Just minutes from both Vines and Wine Country RV resorts and both uphold a tradition in the making since 1946. Fairgoers can enjoy traditional activities like livestock and equestrian shows, a carnival, food vendors, and live entertainment. The Chumash Grandstand stage features performances from some of the biggest names in the music industry including Justin Bieber, Journey, Jason Aldean, Christina Aguilera and Aerosmith!
