December 10, 2008

Last time I shared a fun and fabulous video including a trio of salsa. Today I share with you a trio of videos. Yep, that’s right – 3 videos fresh out of the camper. Now mind you, these are a little different than the usual RV Cooking Show fare – these are entries in the Kraft Video Cooking Challenge – yippee!!

Each video is only 3 minutes long and is exclusively cooking in my Tango RV kitchen. They all turned out deliciously simple and I think you’re going to like what you see.

Shamelessly, I ask that you please rate the video and leave a comment both on here and on YouTube!

  1. Hi Joni,

Thanks – the chicken bake was really good. The Kraft recipe you found is indeed the one. Just make the few adjustments from the video if you plan to make it in your electric skillet. And thanks for the kind words..we aim to please :>

    Enjoy and happy holidays!

Hi Evanne, the chicken bake sounds great. I couldn’t find it at Kraft.com though. I searched under chicken. The only thing that came close was a stuffed chicken bruscheta. But it didin’t look at good as the recipe you made!

  3. Linda Gillespie

They all sound good and easy to make. Thank You.

  4. Hi Ann,

In fact, I do talk to my neighbors like that. I may be an odd duck but I am genuine to the end.

Please keep watching and I’m glad you like my recipes.
