RV Cooking Show Goes Green, Eats Healthy

This year I’ve committed to a few “goals” that are most likely the same ones you’ve set for yourself. Chances are we both have pledged to become more aware of how we interact with the planet, to give back to our communities – whether we travel and the entire country is our hometown or we’ve lived in the same neighborhood all of our lives, and to live a healthier, more simple life. You, too, huh?!?

To that end I wanted to begin the new year of RV Cooking Shows supporting these goals. And so this episode – RV Cooking Show Goes Green, Eats Healthy – will give you a few eco-friendly RV tips – maybe you live them, maybe you’ll learn something. After that I prepare a satisfying, good for you, and easy dish – Steamed Potstickers and Veggies with two sensational dipping sauces. Enjoying this delicious meal feeds my body and my soul!

And on a very grateful note, thanks to you the RV Cooking Show donated 150 food items to a local food bank as a result of our Online Holiday Food Drive. BTW, both folks that accepted our food were involved in RVing. The gal’s mom just traveled across the US this summer with her best friend. The fellow was waiting for his wife to retire and was excited to take his Motorhome out for an extended trip next month. Cool!

Happy camping,
Evanne

Very interesting. It seems RV gourmands are getting a lot of attention lately. Check out http://www.caoutdoors.com. There’s an article about RVers who go wine tasting. And the guy from this show,/www.rvshow.net, says he has custom kitchens. Cool
