  1. This is a delightful journey. You’re right, nothing can be better than a nice mini gastronomic tour. I often try to go to neighboring states and to try something new

  2. Still, Mickey, it’s exciting to dream! Let me know what recipe you try and how it comes out!

We haven’t bought our dream trailer yet, but soon…very soon. As for Moab, Utah, I go there about one a year and you are right Evanne. The scenery is awesome! We can’t wait to try some of your recipes when we get our “new home”

  4. I have arranged cooking competition in my Jayco RV at Melbourne’s jungle before 6 months. We really enjoyed this jungle party. That was really rocking day.

  5. My wife and I are camping fanatics. We do a lot of dutch oven cooking on the road and bring along a whole portable camp kitchen for our food prep. For those days when we don’t want to get out all of the cast iron, we’ve been thinking about using the slow cooker for a while. I think we’ll adapt some of the ideas presented here but broaden the flavor profile a bit. I like the idea…thanks!
