Fixed this for a neighborhood cookout last week! It was awesome and my husband can’t get enough of it. Made more and honestly, the longer it sits, the better it gets. 5 stars!!

In Nov 2016 we purchased an Instant Pot pressure cooker and was amazed at how wonderful it was to prepare meals camping!!!! By the time hubby had camp set up, dinner done! Amazing

We use pure, stevia powder, so 3/4 C would be way too much. Maybe a Tb. to start out with. This salad is really good and easy to make.

That’s the great thing about this recipe, you can adjust to your own taste! Don’t have a sweet tooth, use 1/4 or 1/2 cup. Not a fan of Stevia, use real sugar. Consider halving the recipe the first time you make it to see how you like it!

Question about Ramen Slaw dressing. 3/4 CUP of stevia? Really? That sounds sounds like way too much. Icky sweet. Just wondering if that’s a typo. Thanks.
