Classic Broccoli Salad What You’ll Need:
6 cups broccoli, un-cooked
1 cup raisins
1 cup red onion
Bacon bits (optional)
Shredded cheese (optional)
1 cup light mayo
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons distilled white vinegar
Chop broccoli into small pieces
Chop red onion
Mix broccoli, red onion, raisins
In separate bowl, mix dressing ingredients
Pour dressing over broccoli mixture
Let sit at least 1 hour to absorb dressing
If adding bacon bits and/or shredded cheese, add just before serving
