Life on the Farm at Camp Riverslanding in Pigeon Forge!

There are some places in the world that have the unique ability to remain timeless while progressing forward at the same time. Camp Riverslanding in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is one of those places. The campsite was originally built in the heart of the Smokies 50 years ago on what was then known as the Broady Farm, which was made up of 60 acres of gorgeous land, a farmhouse, and the Broady family that raised their children, farm animals, cats, and dogs. It was such a wonderful place to live, play, and explore, that the owners decided they wanted to share the wonderful experiences they had there with visitors coming into the area.

Campground

Flash forward 50 years and the campground now houses 117 camping sites for visitors that come from all over the world to relax in one of the area’s most beautiful campsites. The family-friendly RV Park and campground is still owned and operated by the family, continuing the tradition of offering visitors the absolute best experience while staying in the Smokies. When you’re there, the beautifully landscaped grounds, bubbling river, and continually improving amenities make you feel like you’re in a top-rated outdoor resort away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, this is a seemingly magical feat as the campground is actually very close to all of the activities that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge are well known for. There is something for every member of the family to enjoy, no matter how big or small, young or old. You can enjoy riverside swimming, and even fishing in the Little Pigeon River! Kids will appreciate the pool, jump pad, game room, and playground. It’s easy to see guests enjoying themselves, and see a glimpse of the fun times that the Broady family must have had on the farm 50 years ago. If you’re feeling adventurous, the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area has numerous attractions for the whole family to enjoy. Camp Riverslanding truly offers the very best of both worlds.

Unique Camping Options

Wouldn’t it be neat to be able to experience life the way the Broady family did all those years back? Camp Riverslanding now offers guests the unique experience of staying in the Riverslanding Farmhouse, the oldest house on record in Pigeon Forge. It was originally built in 1910 for the Broady Farm, and since then it has gone through a remodel and been equipped with top amenities to ensure the guests’ stay is maximally comfortable. But don’t worry, the original old-time charm has been preserved! The house offers 4 bedrooms, a theater room complete with stadium seating, and sleeps up to 12 people.
